We operate primarily by appointment so every guest receives unrushed service. If we have an opening, we will always do our best to accommodate you, but booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your preferred time.

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in, enjoy the lounge, and start your service on time.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. No-show appointments may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. We do not charge a fee to reschedule, we simply ask for advance notice when possible.

Yes. Same-day appointments are available when openings exist. Availability can vary, so booking early is recommended.
