At The Executive Barber Lounge, we operate by scheduled appointment times to ensure every guest receives refined, unrushed service. A 15-minute grace period is provided. No-show appointments will incur a 50% service charge. We understand that last-minute situations can arise, and there is no fee to reschedule—we simply ask for advance notice when possible.
